Lynnelle Bryant
Lynnelle Bryant is a Certified Interior Designer and design principal with over 35 years’ experience in architecture, interiors, and construction of commercial, multi-family residential, education and hospitality projects. She spent 13 years in Farmers Insurance Group’s Real Estate and Facilities Planning department where she managed design and production teams, overseeing construction renovations and tenant improvements, the purchase and procurement of FF&E for all owned and leased locations throughout the nation primarily in office design. Farmer’s eventually became a Masbuild client.
Over the last twenty years her projects have included commercial brands such as Hilton’s Embassy Suites Hotels, Johnny Rockets, and public entities such LAUSD, PUSD, LACCD. But more recently her emphasis has included publicly funded supportive housing working with notable developers such as Decro Group, LOMCO, Bridge Housing, EAH Housing, and Volunteers of America on projects for specialized populations such as formerly homeless, transitional housing, senior housing and special needs housing.

In addition to the running the day to day business of Masbuild, Ms. Bryant manages the Interior Design efforts for projects overseeing plan development through installation including post completion warranty reviews.
She joined Masbuild in 2003 and was appointed its CEO in 2007.

Charles Bryant
Charles T. Bryant is an NCARB-certified, California licensed architect and a licensed general contractor with more than 40 years' experience in the design and construction industry. His work experience includes serving as Principal Architect coordinating design, engineering, and construction for commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential projects for the US HUD, U. Navy and US Air Force; internationally for the US State Department; and for school districts throughout the nation. He founded Masbuild as a construction services firm in 1996 at the time specializing in construction management, construction monitoring and oversight and comprehensive repair surveys for HUD, for profit and non-profit housing developers, and banks while concurrently leading his award winning, namesake architecture firm of Charles T. Bryant & Associates, Inc. (CTBA).
Mr. Bryant’s experience is varied working with the private, public sectors. He oversees the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates providing quality assurance and quality control. As is reflected in the company motto, Mr. Bryant is very involved in providing services to underserved and marginalized communities to include communities of color, senior citizens, veterans, and housing insecurity. He has also brought work in parks, community centers, hospitality, office and from early education to college.
Mr. Bryant is involved donates his time and efforts to train the next generation in careers in architecture and construction. He volunteers with local groups such as Mustangs on the Move, Flintridge Center’s Construction Apprentice Program, Pasadena City College and PUSD.
